    Watkins Security Agency like most businesses has good and bad employees, but my recent encounter with an uneducated security guard has left me wondering why we ( tax payers) are paying for this service. Not only was the security guard hostile and unwilling to listen, but the supposed supervisor hung up on me while I was trying to get a supervisor to the location to calm his employee down. I then called and left a message for a return call and sent an e- mail but recieved no call backs or e- mails. I don’t want the security guard to lose their job but I do want the security guard to get more training. No one should be bullied or discriminated against! That’s what happened to me by this security guard! Please consider not hiring Watkins Security due to their lack of care and ethics!
