I ordered some pottery online from this estate sale *****************. The mailed very fragile pottery in a used moving box with very little and inadequate packaging. The company is refusing to provide me with a refund. I've done everything requested of me to file a damage complaint with them including pictures and dealing with the shipping company myself. They also blocked me off the estate sale website because I am requesting a refund for the damaged items they sent me. This is a franchise with one lady who is skirting the responsibility of providing the service she advertises, sent a broken box of glass to me, and now refuses to refund me.

To address her complaint directly, she was immediately sent a link with the form to fill out for insurance refund. She wanted us to do it, we cannot as she has the information about the package.

She did not get blocked from ****** for asking for a refund, she was name calling and rude for days. She also illegally did a chargeback while she had an insurance claim so I had to tell the shipping company not to let it go through until she cancelled the chargeback. This was weeks of going back and forth for a simple insurance claim refund for shipping.

She got her refund, she even removed negative reviews but apparently did not update this claim.
