    The service at this establishment, The Pearl Modern Spa and Boutique, located in Columbia, Maryland is beyond poor in services (less than a star). The staff are unprofessional including management, Anna *******/Membership Manager, Kassi *******/Owner who repeatedly rejected a refund for an "unauthorized usage of credit card" on file and I disputed the charge through my credit card company before a refund. Members repeatedly received poor customer service including poor delivery on Healing Water services whereas outdated equipment (over 10 years steam sauna system) failed all the time and it take weeks before back running. Management resulted to modifications of contract before existing/customer may utilizes the service purchased and canceled/terminated existing contract for not agreeing with change and follow-up with an email correspondence to state a false reason for termination of contract and service. I envision a class action lawsuit including reporting to Federal Trade Commision, etc.
    The staff including management racially profiled their customer, harassed, treated customer(s) differently, shows lack of values and respect for certain customer(s). The Pearl Modern Spa and Boutique focus/conduct business on dishonesty, quality control without merit to cover-up unfair treatment and discriminatory practices, etc. The establishment has a huge turnover rate in employees/staff. The establishment is unable to deliver on services, overpromise on services, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES, known for hanging up the phone on customers without accountability!! Do Not Give This Place Your Money and Time.
