Where to being with this piece of s*** office? For starters, I was recently extended employment by a company late last week (10/07-10/11) and the onboarding employment requirements stipulate that I need to provide proof of immunizations in conjunction with completion of an annual visit this year. So, in turn, I reached out to ********************************* Community Physicians on I-Street just to have to interact with individuals who lack of the competence to be in their roles. I explained that I was looking for my immunization records and indicated that if this specific office did not have them, that I had also reached out to an outside entity to see if they could provide this information, however, the initial person who responded assumed that instructing me to access clinical notes and half address my list of the concerns would suffice; which was not true. In turn, I responded and explained that I was not satisfied with her response and needed more information while simultaneously calling the office out for NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONE! Refusal to provide access to specific medical records based on request is illegal! To no avail, I received a very nasty, sarcastic, sinical response from an individual named ******* ******, **** advising that my request did not require an office visit, and I could access all of the requested information via MyChart. She also went on to state that if I wasnt happy with the treatment I was being provided, I could file a complaint by calling two different phone numbers because they are short staffed in lieu of advising, I could go somewhere else or to a travel clinic to receive immunizations; even after I explained that this information wasnt available via MyChart. ******* also took the extra steps to turn off the patient response option in MyChart so that I could not respond to her sarcastic and sinical response, which is not the first time that this happened.
