    Paid services on March 12, 2024 already in November 2023. Business is charging again. Unethical completing fraudulent.

    I wanted to reach out to you and apologize. Last year, we started offering our Schools Out Camps in September, for the entire year.Although it is great in terms of parents being able to plan accordingly, it caused a new issue for us. Children that were signed up in 2023 for Schools Out camps that were running in 2024, were not appearing on our attendance rosters. This caused many problems, the most important one being that we were not expecting the correct number of attendees. A work around was created to place the children registered into 2024 Schools Out camps but the system would not allow it unless they were billed . The intent was to remove all previously registered children and removing the bill after the camp date.

    This time of year, we run a final batch of outstanding Summer Camp bills and (since we are used to nothing else being open) it included the bills that should have been removed. I have voided/refunded the charge and apologize for the lengthy explanation and charge in the first place.
