    Company is selling a product designed to spray pesticides. They know that the product that theyre selling is defective and leaks, but does not disclose to the public and continues to sell defective parts.

    I purchased this backpack sprayer and within a month of use the backpack leaked profusely from a valve. I contacted the company and they told me that it must have been damaged during shipping and that is why they sent me a spare when I initially purchased the machine. That obviously makes no sense at all, how could they predict shipping damage? I changed the valve to the spare and within 1 week it began to leak also. I contacted them(its a nightmare to get a response back, days to weeks) and they sent me several valves. Not the same valve that comes with the machine. Fast forward to now and the backpack does not run at all. Overheating is my best description, after weeks of trying to contact **** told me that because Im a commercial use customer they do not have to honor the backpack and the 3 year warranty on their site does not apply to me. My account would be closed and do not contact them again. They know Im commercial(I have years of correspondence emails to prove as I have purchased from the as far back as 2021)and the site says nothing about commercial not having a warranty the same as anyone else. Horrible business practices and customer service.

    I purchased the 868 misting sprayer and used it approximately 12-14 times in my small yard . It stoped working. For months I have left phone messages that promised a call back and many emails without a response. This company should not be allowed to do business in this manner.
