      Tried to ask a question in the chat. Should have been easy, but the person said they couldn't help me. The said they would put in for a return phone call and I should be hearing from someone. Never happened. Called one of the brokers they listed. Left a message for a call back. Never heard from the woman. Put a request in on the 30 minute broker call back request. Received a text saying someone would be giving me a call in 15 minutes. You guessed it, I never heard back. This site is useless. Friends have said they went through the same issues.

      Maryland Health Connection your website NEVER WORKS!!! People don’t answer the phone!!!!! Your chat bot doesn’t work!!!! ?????????????????????????? how about you hire some humans and fix your stuff!!!!!!!!

      I have an infant baby that i was told to add in my wifes and mine coverage, We did that with the help of a MHC rep, Its been almost 30 days now That I , my wife and my infant 2 month old baby has been without coverage. Customer service reps and supervisors @ MHC have a personal vendetta against customers instead of helpng us out, they are just making it worse everyday.
      There needs to be a system where there is a check on the customer reps in this important health system in MD but unfortunately their bad attitude and terrible customer service goes unchecked and they get rewarded week after week to do thier jobs terribly.
      Whats worst that neglecting an infant baby;s coverage.. THIS IS WHAT OUR TAXES GETS US ? terrible terrible health system that you have to invest months in to MAYBE get somehting ?
      PLEASE PEOPLE RECORD YOUR INTERACTIN WITH THESE CUSTOMER REPS AND SUPERVISOR SO WE CAN USE IT AGIANST THEM IN A CIVIL MD LAWSUIT
