    Taxi # 863 driver in as yelling for me to pay and get out of care at **** * *** ******** I am disabled which he made me so nervous I dropped my wallet He is very rude and don’t know how to communicate with no one

    I called two days in advance for a cab. I also called the day before to reconfirm. On the day the cab was needed, after having called several times to find out status, was advised still searching for a driver. What makes this situation worse, I was scheduled for Jury Duty. My question is, what is the purpose of making an advanced reservation if the cab is not going to show up on time? Something needs to be done to provide better service cause cabs not showing up ON TIME is putting people's liberties at risk.
