    The Tire Network***** is licensed by The Maryland State Police to inspect vehicle safety equipment as outlined in Comar state regulations. The Maryland State Police have set minimum safety standards for vehicles that are to be registered in the state. Only safety equipment that meets or exceeds State safety standards may be passed. All defective equipment must be rejected pursuant to state law, however the owner/agent have 30days and ********************************************************************************************** some cases a fee may be charged for reinspection of some defects. The vehicle in question presented with multiple defects and at the time of inspection and did not meet Maryland's minimum safety standards.
