Shed was built on 04/26/24. I called High Point Building LLC and sent pictures the very next day and told them the shed was not level. The lady I spoke to that day said it was not something they did it was the landscaping company. I talked to the landscaping company and they said the gravel was level when they left my house the day before. I called High Point Building LLC again the next day and the lady said she would get her install dept. to call me. I didn't hear anything from her for two days. I reached out to my credit card company and filed a claim disputing the charges on my credit card. The lady from Home Point Building called me with 40 minutes of me calling my credit card company and said some from her install dept. would be out last week to see what they could do to fix the problem. No one showed up last week and I called again and was told someone would from the install dept. would be there on Tuesday 05/14/2024. The install guy did nothing to fix the problem with the shed. So I called the company again as was told again there is nothing then can do to fix my problem that It was the pad the shed was sitting on is the problem. I hung up on the lady from the company. How can anyone build something and not make sure it level before you put the walls up and roof on? Please help in anyway you can I am beyond mad at this point. Thank you *** ******

We will contact the customer and arrange for the owner to come to her house to better understand what exactly the issue is. From the attached pictures, the shed looks level and built with no issues.

For site built sheds (like this one), we pre-build the walls and trusses in the shop, and put all of the components together at the shop to ensure that they are perfectly square. We then disassemble the components, take them to the customers house, and assemble them again at their site. The shed components will not be able to be installed together if they are not correctly sized and perfectly square. That being said, the entire structure itself -- once its built -- may be unlevel if the pad/surface underneath it is unlevel. And, in this case, we did not build the gravel pad that is underneath the shed. So, if the entire structure truly is unlevel, its due to the foundation underneath it.

But, either way, this seems like a situation that can be resolved fairly easily and we'll reach out to the customer and look to do that.
