      I am rejecting this response because: First, the company response is a BLATANT LIE! Not only did I **NEVER** speak to any insurance company whatsoever, the company has absolutely REFUSED to provide their insurance company name until this BBB case response. The mere fact the the company owner continues to lie DESPITE photos and video that **IRREFUTABLY** show their driver damaged my childs truck further proves the company owner and driver is UNSCRUPULOUS! I find it utterly mind blowing that the owner would actually conjure up a story even alleged that the insurance company denied a claim when in reality, the owner has outright REFUSED to cooperate with providing his insurance information!

      Furthermore, the response given by the company owner was his PERSONAL CONVICTION which he pled so passionately as opposed to looking at the actual evidence! Not to mention, the tow truck driver outright LIED claiming the owner would follow up with me within ***** business hours only to discover the company owner has even REFUSED to cooperate with police! 

      At this point, it is quite obvious that the owner is desperately trying to let my BBB complaint default to a closed status. Given the fact that the owner continues to play this sick disturbing mind game, I intend on filing a complaint with the Attorney General; DOT; Economical fraud division and any other company that is able to assist with investigating the owner!

      Equally disturbing, as a near two decade minority business owner myself, I try to support other minority business owners. My experience with Good Luck Towing who subliminaly hides the company lack of business acumen in the company name; I can wholeheartedly see WHY there's a stigma associated with supporting our own!!

      Worse still, the company owner is well aware of how I purchased this vehicle for my disabled child as well as paid significant storage fees due to the tow truck driver destroying the transmission by dragging the vehicle nearly 20 miles vs flatbed tow! I find it egregiously ROGUE that the owner does not care an inkling about his driver destroying my disabled childs birthday gift! Hence why, I intend on working vehemently to ensure accountability!!

      efusing to provide their insurance information.I feel it is important to mention, I purchased this vehicle with the intent to give to my disabled son who recently lost his father. I am deeply upset that I worked so hard to get this gift for my child but now it has sat in storage at $100 per month because the tow truck driver dragged the vehicle for nearly 30 minutes as well as damaged the front bumper. Despite my pleading for assistance, the owner outright refused to return my calls!

      When receiving complaint from customer, customer was pretty persistent on claiming our company was at fault. The insurance company we are contracted with (*****) covers any damages and/or issues involved in the service. When any damages are reported our company (Good Luck Towing) is required to file a claim and speak directly with the insurance company. Due to complaints/issues being filed by customers our company is required to protect ourselves as well as the insurance company. Procedure for Good Luck Towing is to take pictures when arriving at the scene before any service is rendered and collecting photos right after services are rendered. The driver followed procedure and collected photos before and after services. When approached by ***************** photos were provided. The ***************** did not accept fault on our behalf due to evidence .There was no adequate evidence to prove the customers claim and the claim was denied.
