      *********** finance company repossessed my car on 12/21, I paid the same day to pick my car up. The tow company Greenwood Recovery in Baltimore MD said that I could not come the same day I had to make an appointment for the next day. When I arrived to pick my car up it appeared to be in the same condition before getting repossessed. After driving off the lot my car was shaking really bad and my dashboard lit up with messages, I turned right around and asked them why it was doing such? they told me to fill out a paper detailing what was happening. The lady in the window said drive it for 10 min and it should be fine. My car was completely ruined, I took it to the mechanic and he said my Tire Rod was bent by towing. I almost died driving home, it never stopped shaking, I was already on the beltway. And when I finally did get home I noticed my Mercedes emblem missing from my tire. I filed a claim with *********** immediately and they did not care at all, I explained to them this is the company that you have contracted out ruining peoples cars... The denied my claim and wouldn't send me the pics or video Greenwood Recovery has refused to send me pics and video as well.

      My work computer, client files, and prescription medications are in the vehicle. I’m trying to get in touch with some to retrieve my property. The receptionist informed me that no one goes in the vehicles, so my property should still be there. Please call me back so I can get my things.

      They got my car on the early hours of the 26th I paid got their info same day first they tried to tell me they received that they see where they got my release but didn't have a copy of it to call back loss prevention I did loss prevention said they did get it she called them they closed they was closed the whole weekend so I was without my car I called first thing Monday morning then it was their system down then I called back they had my release I have to wait for Kesha ****** to call me back I left her about 60 voicemail she doesn't return phone calls I'm still without answers as to where my car is

      Confirming that we did reposes this vehicle on the early hours of the 26th, our repossession division operates 24/7 and redemption hours are by appointment only. Our clients/lenders must send us direct, the consumer releases for redemptions. Unfortunately, we do not control when the releases are sent over. We do understand your concern and want to confirm that you were charged $0.00 for storage. Our scheduling process insures verification of vehicle releases. This allows the consumer a quick and trouble free release at our redemption center.
