    i used this Allianz ***************** for my business in case any customer does not pay me back for merchandise i have policy insured for over then 500K to protect my business plus ************* they charge me every Quarter $12500. each Quarter to be $50K yearly i file claim om May 29 for *************** Claim # CLUS016729 the claim get approved payment must be send to me after 60 days on June i get one more customer not paying i file claim for ************ CLAIM # CLUS017178 and am waiting for that claim to get approved the first claim for *************** payment approved but not send it til now i contact many Times by email the playing game with me switch me from one to other worker I start with broker then with worker then after month i get the Manager of the claims her name ****** ***** she ask me to send all the approval and document after 1 week i received email from her coworker ******** ******* advised that he handle my claim ****** out of the Office till the end of September i get no way to go i try again few days ago i get ****** ask me to send me the document again she admit that she received all the Document she need i try to call her many time tile i get her answer she advise that she look and finish the claim by yesterday i try to call her Email her today she Ignore me i get my friend advise to file claim with BBB will help So please i need your help my claims about 1 Million for both claim plus i still pay for gap insurance they charge me monthly please help me before i lose my business
