I seen an IG post about how he helped a lady lose her belly. That what I needed help with. He said he was a nutritionist and he sent me a whole paragraph before I paid the $15. I would also like that refunded. It was supposed to go towards the payment and didn’t. I was ready to move along. We had a one on one. He told me about his program and he asked me what I need help with. I told him I worked with a nutritionist and I did Keto to lose weight. My problem is my belly and I feel that I’m under eating. He guaranteed me that if he didn’t help me lose weight he would refund my money. When I sent the payment of $150. I was getting numerous misspelled text messages and to watch a bunch of YouTube videos. He kept sending me the same stuff over and over again. Then I already scheduled the orientation and was still being told to schedule the orientation. The orientation was a waste of time. I feel I didn’t learn nothing. They was asking for food ideas, meal plans and what should they eat. He told me he e-mailed me the information. I didn’t get it. He did not resend me the e-mail right away. He screenshot the e-mail and asked me was it mines. Then a day later he said look in the app for the information. I felt that was very unprofessional and he should have sent it right away to a paying client. He made it seem like I'm lying. It was an unorganized and complicated food plan. I felt I was not getting no help and didn’t want to move forward with this program. A nutritionist is supposed to develop a meal and nutrition plan with the client. I didn’t get that at all during the 1st week. All he did was send a bunch of text messages for meetings. He supposed to been doing this a long time and didn’t even have a link ready for the meeting. When I seen I was struggling with what to eat and I felt this program wasn’t for me. I asked for a refund and I told him how I felt. I still haven’t received my refund yet.
