    I was looking for a new transfer case for my truck and coming across The Gear Shop. After reading the reviews and seeing they are family owned I ordered from them. They actually called to make sure that I would get the correct case. When the case came, I was impressed with how good it looked compared to others I have gotten over the years. No problem with the return of the core. If I ever need another one I'm ordering from The Gear Shop.

    The Gear Shop was excellent. From the first phone call to the last every thing was smooth. Bought Transfer case and was shipped within a day or two to my local shop in Illinois. I will definately buy from them again and again. Would refer anyone to them. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you The Gear Shop Inc. for great service.

    These guys are great I placed an order with them and they personally took the time to call me to make sure everything was correct. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. The shipping was fast and they make it super easy to return the core with a shipping label and crate. I would highly recommend these guys with there high quality products.

    I needed a transfer case for my 2044 Silverado 2500. I called on Monday they said they didn't have built and ready to ship. I think I grumbled a bit about wanting to get it done that coming weekend, and they hssd one built and shipped to my home by Friday. Everything they said they could do they did!

    I had a great experience from ordering my transfer case w/extended warranty, to utilizing it while driving out of the shop and it continues to operate flawlessly after 1,000+ miles. They communicated with me and my mechanic, multiple times, to be sure I'd get the right one and I was informed every time there was a new step. Very happy with my purchase. Their dedication to deliver a correct item is exemplary.
