    I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and then schedule a prune and cut. Then, the team arrived early, entered my private patio, planned to walk on roof (re: because they did not have a ladder), and parked in front of my neighbor's driveway. I specifically shared with the individual who provided my estimate, Mario, that NO one's driveway could be blocked. However, this information was not shared with the team. My neighbor arrived home and his driveway (re: access to his home was blocked). I called Mario to express my concerns. Mario called the team lead, Daniel. And, Daniel said he was "uncomfortable" completing the job. I told Mario this was ** because I was a female, home alone, and there were a team of 5 men so "how were they uncomfortable" completing a job. Mario "hung" up on me, and I sent the company an email. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Their lack of professionalism is beyond me. I think is shameful how poorly this was handled (re: outside the scheduler who was so pleasant), the staff at this company is in need of serious training. Now, I am on the hunt for a company to do the work I desire. The work cut done was not flesh to the tree and will require work to make it look better.
