      They did a good job on the trees but on the stump grinding as they were cutting it down the did not remove the shavings to see if it was all the way done now after i spent 2 days raking out all the shavings ..i uncovered more stump not roots...i called him and arranged 7 times for him to come out and every time no show then we talked about a partial refund that he said he would send me and never did...i have saved the whole conversation on text between us...he never kept his word and i was well more then patient with him...i got a estimate of 600 to finish it and that's what i would like back...My 6 year old daughter has tripped once already over it and fell....i would accept him to finish it correctly as well....but wont take his word for it...Thank you

      We hired Willy's Tree Service to remove and chip a dead tree that had fallen and chip two piles of wood from the same tree on August 3, 2022. We were out of town and paid them when they said they were done. A couple days later when going to the property we saw that they only removed the one big limb that came down on the driveway but not the others nor did they chip the two piles of wood. I paid them in full and now they refuse to complete the job. I thought they were trustworthy since this is the second job, they did for us however they did about half of the job and said they were done. We were out of town so trusted that they completed the job and paid them. He sent one pic of what he did but at a convenient angle that did not show the remaining piles of wood and tree to be removed. (Nor did he chip any of it for us as discussed) We have now been calling and texting for a month to come back to finish. He has ignored all of my calls and texts since I paid. My husband got one response from him that he would call back when not so busy, but he never did. We just want them to finish what they said they would do and what we paid for.
