    They are not conducting honest business and following there own store policy. They offer a refund with receipt within 5 days. But in small print where no one can see is a sign stating school uniforms are only eligible for store credit. They are a monopoly and all schools in the district are referred there. I purchased my items on 11/19/22 and returned within the hour to exchange for the proper size. The sizes I needed were not available so I requested a refund for the difference which they refused only then pointing out the tiny index size card on the counter stating the school uniforms are not eligible for refunds at all and rudely told me that my only option was to order them and wait for them to come in and then make a trip all the way back to pick them up. I spoke to the owner (***** no last name) who was there and actually the guy that rung me up initially. I explained my dilemma, which he already knew because he was within earshot, I told him that I already filed a grievance against the cashier whom refused my refund for a previous transaction that happened in September of this year which no one ever responded to and I was only shopping there because there are no alternatives. I explained that I needed the money refunded immediately because I should not be forced to wait as the merchandise was not even available and I needed the items now to which he rudely replied " I may not want to wait but that's my only option. I then stated that the cashier didn't even give me a receipt to record my exchange until I protested and then she gave me a carbon copy yellow slip with some ineligible scribble on it. He then rudely replied what does it say to which I replied the dollar amount is s wrong and nothing is itemized. He then said well what did you return to which I responded the items that are still on the counter, he said that's good enough. I then left the store without ordering the missing items and filed this formal complaint from my parking spot.
