    My car was towed to Euro Tech May ******* . I have a power train warranty to cover parts that give my car power. I was told they would not be able to run a diagnostic test until 48 hours as there were other cars that were before my vehicle . I explained to them that I needed to get a rental car and the only way I would be able to get a rental car was to have service approved . My seat was up in the back where my fuel pump is housed and they diagnosed that it was my fuel pump due to my seat being up in the back . Prior to bringing my vehicle to this business I was aware of the codes that were in my car due to me having my own diagnostic tool . I was called the following week letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup . On the diagnostics this business stated no fault codes found . i paid for the service and my check engine light came back on within 10 minutes of leaving . I called the business made them aware and they explained they had a 30 day warranty. 2 weeks had passed and black smoke started coming from my exhaust . I was told they preformed and oil change and spark plugs . Which neither was preformed . I was refunded my money as I became irate of the circumstances. . I noticed it was the same oil filter I purchased and spark plugs . My warranty company advised me to return my vehicle for a recheck . They kept my vehicle for over a month and the owner told me he could not run a diagnostics until I had the catalytic convertor installed. This was one of the issues but I also had carbon built up and an air intake leak as well as rich and lean fuel which are codes still in my car . My oil still smelled like gasoline from the previous invoice . The spark plugs were not changed for the second time . And I was charged . My airbag and horn is missing and I had to get my insurance company involved . I contacted the police and they told me it was a civil matter and not criminal . They never fixed the actual issues with my car .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    my car has to go to another repair facility due to my vehicle not being repaired . I am working with my insurance company from damage and also my warranty company from this repair facility not  repairing my vehicle  . They stole parts from my car and damaged my sun roof cover and my horn is missing from my car . I have to take my car in to another facility for my insurance company . My car still has an air intake leak that has been present since April **************************************************************************************** my car . My car went in with a check engine light originally. They were suppose to recheck the fuel line and never contacted my warranty company to file an additional claim . I have also filed a complaint with the *** and Attorney general .

    I am rejecting this response because:my car is scheduled to be diagnosed by **** in ****** ***** Thursday was the earliest they were able to get me in . August 14 , 2024 at 8am . My car has been blowing out white smoke . I am in a rental car again due to me not being able to drive my vehicle at this time . They never repaired my vehicle and broke my sun roof cover and my car is being checked by my insurance company due to my horn no longer working and air bag may possibly be missing from my steering wheel . Euro tech had my vehicle for over a month and refused to do a diagnosis on my car . ******** told me he would not do a diagnostic until i purchased a catalytic convertor due to him trying to take advantage of me . He never sent me the parts and labor cost until i showed up the day to get my car out of the facility . I told them I was coming to get my car . I will update once ****  sends over diagnostics . Euro Tech said there were no codes in my car when there are codes in my car .

    My car is at **** being serviced . I have been in a rental car due to my insurance claim(****) that is active . Euro Tech caused damage to my car they stole my air bag out of my steering wheel and damaged my sunroof cover which my insurance company has paid for . Euro Tech was suppose to recheck mu fuel pump they installed and never did a recheck and never replaced the part. Instead they insisted I needed a catalytic convertor and had to give him a $1400 deposit for the part but never sent me paperwork to approve the work like they had prior .  He never changed the oil or spark plugs and my car stopped in traffic after 20 minutes after receiving my vehicle back after they had my car for over a month . And never rechecked the fuel pump any further . My car is now at **** in ******  *****  to be repaired. They never called me to give me updates about my vehicle . They stole parts from my vehicle . I contacted ********************* and they told me it was a civil matter .

    My car was initially taken back to Euro Tech for a re-check of my fuel pump . They never rechecked the fuel pump instead charged me for a catalytic converter and told me I had to put a deposit of $1400 dollars . They never sent me over paperwork to approve or deny the work . The only reason I have my car was that I told them I was coming to get my vehicle . I had to keep calling this repair facility to get updates . They only reached out when I called . I noticed while driving and trying to use my horn it pushed in and no noise from my horn . I reached out to mu insurance company the same day I took possession of my vehicle . The purpose of my car being at the facility was for a fuel pump recheck . They never rechecked the fuel pump i stead stole parts from my car , and caused more damage to my vehicle. I have an open insurance claim (****)and warranty claim(american auto sheild) . I paid **** almost 3500 for a car rental due to the negligence of this repair facility who never repaired my vehicle. I contacted Baltimore city police and they told me it was a civil matter . I was taken advantage of and this has caused stress and depression in my life. *** had to call out of work and reschedule clients .

    I called in to ask how much for installing a radiator for a 2009 e350 I was told a price of 330 which is in the ballpark with other shops that I called this work take two to three hours for instance ***** ***** which is a shop not two blocks away said they would install for 300 for 3 hours of labor Since the price was very similar I decided to go with euro tech since ***** ****** were very busy that day my radiator was leaking transmission fluid even though it was slowly leaking I could still somewhat drive the car since it was not leaking much coolant took my car to euro tech for repairs I explained how ***** ****** did look at the car and informed me of the leak so I dropped my car off and ask of other repairs I was considering later I was sent a quote for those repairs once a adjuster arrived at the shop so I left after a terrible bus ride home I get a estimate saying the repairs for my car radiator would be 500 including tax mind you I supplied my own radiator nearly a 200 hundred dollar difference then what I was told over the phone my argument is this shops work on cars everyday and put in 100s of radiators so they should have a very precise estimate of repairs there was nothing bought to my attention that would make my car price higher then the normal $330 price that I was given which was inline with other shops prices if they told me 480 or 500 up front I would of definitely took my business elsewhere Also upon picking my vehicle they failed to mention the new radiator would not hold coolant at all and as soon as I left it drained out the car immediately I barely made it home they mentioned over the phone that the tube was loose and was trying to sell me another one I explained repaying labor and parts again was not a option since I just paid them 500 dollars I was upset it cost that much and want 200 back to match the original quoted amount also I want 300 back since they didn’t check to make sure the radiator fit tubes and all before installing it

    Our team here in Euro-Tech always strives to provide top quality work and love taking great care of our customers.
    The estimate or ball park figure given by phone was just a ball park and not the correct/actual price. It is subject to change. We cannot remember the exact charges of every job of every component on every vehicle make and model. 

    After the vehicle arrived, the service advisor called the customer to inform him that the actual price is $500.24 and to get the customer's approval first. The customer did give his approval, he did not decline it. So the technician proceeded with the work. The amount of $500.24 was authorized by the customer and there is no refund.  Also the customer was clearly informed that there is no warranty applicable for providing his own part.  During installation, the technician noticed that the part was defective and halted the work. He had no way of telling right away that it was bad. It showed during installation.  It is not true that the customer was not informed about the defective part. The service advisor did call the customer to inform him of the situation and actually offered another option that we provide our part instead. The customer declined and told the advisor to still proceed. He was fully informed and aware that the part he brought in was defective and still drove his vehicle in that condition, unfortunately.

    We are sorry to hear that the customer did not get his desired outcome.  We take great pride in providing top notch work, price our work fairly and competitively.  This is why our loyal customers give us their continued trust for over 20 years and counting. Thank you for the opportunity to hear our side.

    It is not true that the customer was not contacted or informed about the defective radiator.  

    The advisor wrote down on the internal log that the customer was contacted around 10am of December 7 and clearly explained to him that the radiator he brought was defective due it was leaking coolant, and offered the option to replace it with our own supplier's part which he declined. The customer was clearly informed that no warranty applies due he provided his own part.  The customer gave his okay to continue installing despite the defective part.  Also noted that the customer mentioned about contacting a store to get a refund and may call us again the following week. Our phone history showed the call to the customer was made at this time and date. 

    At around 12noon of the same date, the advisor did send a company text message to the customer that the car is done and ready for pickup. This is true. We performed what he authorized us to do. He texted back that he is on his way to pickup.  He came in, paid his bill in full without issue and left fully aware his vehicle has a defective radiator in it. In addition, it was also written on his receipt that the part was a defect and will not hold coolant.

    We will be happy to assist the customer with his vehicle needs.  We always strive to give top quality workmanship and providing great quality parts at very competitive prices.

    This was another radiator install on my car before euro tech by ***** ****** they cracked the bottom of this radiator so it leaked transmission fluid but it hold coolant fine I included this radiator to use as a reference to the size and placement of the holes of the radiator to compare to the one euro tech installed which I sent via a picture notice the size of the holes are identical in size

    Eurotech was paid $20,000 by ******** to repair my car and as of today my car is still not repaired after 2 1/2 months. The owner informed me that the final part needed to fix my car won't be available until 2024. My car remains at Eurotech. The owner does not have any resolution to fix this problem or provide alternate means of transportation for me. I am still making car payments while I am paying for **** and rental cars. He suggest that I call ******** and ask them to total out my car out. Unfortunately I am not able to speak with any one from ******** because they are not answering phone calls or emails.

    This responds does not solve the issue. I still don't have a car to drive and my car is still at his shop. He should have never taken on a job that was too big for him. ******** paid him in full to fix my car and every week he found another issue. He should have found this last issue before he started putting my car back together. He only discovered this issue when he took it to a real ******** dealer . In the mean time I am still risking my life and spending my money taken Ubers.

    The issue was never resolved and I had to get rid of my car because he didn't fix it and I did not feel safe driving it knowing that a safety feature was not fixed on it. The owner never once tried to come up with a solution. He told me I could borrow i car borrow a car from his shop free of charge but when I called him to get the car he laughed and said you are mitt going to borrow my car until 2024 that's when my car would be ready.
