    On January 9, 2023 I paid Shooters Media Group $1,300 in return for wedding videography services. The services to be provided were 7 hours of videographer coverage for the event, 1-2 videographers, audio redundancies, filmed in 6k, 4-6 minute wedding film, real-time ceremony film, first dance film, speeches film, and a 4-6 week turnaround time. My wedding took place on September 2, 2023. It is now April 4, 2024 and I've not received our video despite multiple attempts to reach Mr. ****** Mr. ***** has "ghosted" us. I say us becuase there have been several other clients posting on his website regarding the same issue. He took my $1,300 and delivered nothing. I want him to send me the raw footage so I can see if I can get a video produced since he is unable and/or unwilling to do this. If he has no footage, I would like a full refund plus interest.

    January 28th, 2023, I signed a contract with the owner of this company (Mike *****) for "7 hours of videographer coverage for your even (setup included), 1-2 videographers, audio redundancies, 4-6 minute wedding film, real-time ceremony film, first dance film, speeches film, 4- turnaround time" for my wedding on September 29th, 2023. On March 29th, it would have been 6 months since my wedding and I have not received ANY video footage from my wedding. The owner is terrible at communication and will not answer my text messages. I have spoken to many other couples who used him for their wedding and they also have not received their footage.
