    Procedure was initially overpromised by Ashley. 1 day recovery was stated, and the treatment was sold with that understanding. Ashley was adamant about recovery time and she was back to work next day.
    I had immediate issues involving the procedure. Additional medicines were ordered, i was released with no plans for follow up care. I was almost immediately entered into emergency care upon home arrival, and spent 4 days in the emergency care unit recieving treatment for the poor surgical procedure. Doctors and surgeons at the hospital attempted to make calls to Elite body sculpture to assist in diagnosis and treatment, no calls were returned or provided in assistance to my medical care.
    I was provided with 2 follow up doctor care visits to combat the infection i recieved from the treatment provided, and missed 20 days of work. As a small business owner, not only was this detrimental to our company, but devastating to our employees. It has been slightly over a month now, I have made multiple attempts at reaching the office at Elite, but no response. I have consistent body issues resulting from the procedure, and they have not been handled. This complaint will now be directed to the Pennsylvania medical board, in hopes I can steer any potential future customers from suffering the same issues I had gone through.
    If there is any recovery or agreement to move forward in this case, it will be involving a refund of the monies paid for this procedure, as it is highly unusual for a medical facility to demand cash payments prior to procedure, which I should have taken that as a red flag.
