    July 1 2022 Payment amount 312 dollars I ordered bundles for my birthday She declined a refund after I didnt receive anything for 4 weeks The business has not reached out she declined a refund after she said it would be another week I would receive my hair its been 11 months Ive seen many people say the same thing happened to them with her now Im taking action I never received a tracking number

    I contacted the merchant on April 19th 2023 about getting a wig made! I asked her about the turn around time and price, she told me the price was $575 also she stated it would only take one week from the day I paid. On April 19th I paid her $585 ($575 for wig plus $10 for credit fee) via an invoice she sent to me via text message. A week went by I didn’t hear anything from the merchant so I contacted her and asked about pick up day she said the following week it would be ready I said ok. The following week come I am informing her that I am leaving for vacation on that Friday and I wanted to kno if the wig would be done on time she said yes! I reached out to her on Wednesday I was unable to get in contact with her. I went past her shop she was not there at the shop. She finally reached out to me later that day and said I could come get my wig the next day which would have been that Thursday May 4th. Well Thursday came I she was not responding to me at all I was texting her and calling her no response. However she was posting on her social media. Today is May 5th and I still do not have my wig

    Paid for a service on Nov 29th scheduled for Dec 16th. Service was cancelled by owner multiple times. I paid $400 for a service I was willing to reschedule with her. The last time she confirmed she tried to reschedule me again we i was not able to reschedule for the time she gave me. I asked for a refund and she stopped responding to me. I feel like I have been scammed out of $400.00 dollars.

    Her Instagram is _couturehair I want to send this complaint regarding Couture Beauty Bar. The licensee Cushanah ***** is out her scamming other licensees and her customers out of money. She's charging for hair classes and appointments and not showing up. Someone like this should not be able to have a license or have any type of business. I am a license cosmetology of VA and I drove to her class & she did not show up and scammed me for my deposit. Stuff like this happening it messes the industry up for all of us hairstylist.
