    SCAM ALERT! This place installed a broken window in my house, then falsified paperwork saying the job was done so they can collect payment from a financing company they do business with. I am in the process of suing them now. BUYER BEWARE!!

    Beware: company recently sold in beginning of 2024 to new owners, new staff except installer. Not same reputable company it used to be!
    This has been an absolute nightmare experience. This company has no idea what they are doing and poor customer service / management. We are building a 4 season room and ordered 19 windows totaling about $19,000 from Weathermaster. Contract signed December 8, 2023. Windows measured January 8,2024 and told about 7-9 weeks until job completion. Windows had to be remeasured February 28th (7 ½ weeks after order placement) as no one noticed the measurements were not correct / order sitting on a desk. On installation day, 2 windows were incorrect- top was slider below was tempered glass fixed window and 2 were swapped (apparently no one checks the window orders in the warehouse to make sure the orders are correct as my order was in their warehouse 2 weeks prior). Was told replacement windows was supposed to be rushed ordered 2 weeks and promised “top priority” by manager **** * to get them installed (April 9th) – only to have it delayed another 6 weeks (May 21+22) installed.
    Windows took 19 weeks from the day they were supposed to have been “ordered”. Communication with office staff and “managers” extremely poor and we were ghosted multiple times even by management. The delay costs us a lot of time / money as the windows delayed us 3 additional months than was told.

    I provided measurements and Kris ordered my window, and called me when it came in. Was just what I needed, an economical solution to a bad window.

    Excellence sales experience with no pressure to buy. The full process was explained and several different windows and door options were presented with the features and benefits of each to help me make a decision. On the day of install they installers explained where they were going to start and addressed questions I had. They were excellent and professional as well with respect to my home. Everything was done in a timely matter and was surprised at how well the clean up was done after the job. I highly recommend Weather Master to all my friends and neighbors when looks for windows and door.

    weather master was nothing but professional from star to beginning. I love the way they don't even waste your time coming out to your house to give the same old salesman bull that all the other companies I got quotes from did. they asked you how many windows and they tell you the quote. I had 6 quotes 5 came out to my house and went thru the entire script down to well let me call my boss and see if I can get it lower. Some still call today saying we have a special we can give it to you for this much even after all that none have been close to the original 1stprice weather master salesman Herb gave me that 1st day over the phone. The windows were ready in 4 weeks I was expecting to wait 12 to 16 weeks. If you go by the actual energy star rating they are better rated then any of the other windows that I looked at with a 22 rating

    We had a great experience with WeatherMaster and would recommend them for anyone in the area. The price was by far the best and the product and installation were excellent. Also really recommend working with Patrick. He knows his windows! He can help you pick the right windows based on your budget and goals as a homeowner. Really highly recommend them.

    Excellent customer service with Herb and the installation crew. We replaced 8 windows. The installation crew arrived 10 minutes before appointment and completed the project in a professional manner. After the work the cleanup and walk through to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. We love our new beautiful windows and very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    I had to change the windows in my house, and I called weathermaster for information, the representative Stephanie came and I expressed and explained my situation and I was amazed about her presentation and knowledge about the product and she explained everything to me, really good. She gave me a time frame for when the work is done, 6 weeks later, on the 24th of October two men came to put in the new windows. They got to work without a minute to waste they did everything without stopping for something to drink or eat, they were two machines,the work was clean and tidy, really outstanding. Thanks weathermaster for an amazing job
