    My shower and tub surround was beautiful after it was glazed September 2022, however it started chipping within 6 months. John sent his repair man out and he reglazed the patch that was chipping. Within a couple months that area chipped again as well as all the walls and tub seat The contract states his work is guaranteed for 5 years however within 1 year the glaze is chipping off, it looks horrible and he DOES NOT return text messages, phone calls or emails!

    Excellent and professional. John and Bob were great to work with and can't recommend them enough. Be mindful the a reglazed tub needs to be properly cared for and used correctly to maintain the finish. No abrasive cleaners, no tub matts or dogs in the tub. The refinished tub looks absolutely amazing and I am so happy to keep using our original cast iron tub from the 1950s!
