    ****** and his team have done a wonderful job working with our insurance claim for wind / tree damage to part of our house. Everything from initial emergency visit and roof patches, through inspection / documentation, to supplement reviews, and the actual contract execution, went flawlessly. The **** team was back onsite within a couple of days to completely revamp the affected part of the house, from undoing structural truss damage, to roof replacement and reconditioning, gutter teardown and replacement, and shingle resurfacing, to name a few of the items on their extensive report of the damage. We couldn't believe our eyes at the results of the repairs - everything was back to like new condition. We have an older 1960s house, and its amazing how **** was able to make 60 year old shingles look like 60 day old shingles. All other items on the list were in similar like new condition. ****** concluded the work with additional general recommendations, and even cleaned our gutters for us on the way out. This company has gone over and above (and then some) in pursuit of our house repair needs and interests, and for that we are very thankful and recommend them highly to everyone in the ************** / ********* area.

    Fantastic company to work for. Needed a roof replaced and ran into some major problems with my mortgage company. It took 2 years for them (my mortgage company, not Urso) to hammer their issues out but Urso stood with me the entire time. Everything from initial check up to contract signing to the actual repairs were done open and honestly and quickly (on Urso's part). The repair quality has been great and we have not had any leaks or other issues since the repair. Thank you again for taking care of us!

    We recently used Urso for home insurance work. Urso was the only builder who had the computer software required by and was prepared to work with our insurance company (***** ****). They were wonderful to work with and the quality of their work was excellent. I recommend using Urso.

    I recently contracted URSO Remodeling for a new roof. They gave me a competitive quote, with a detailed proposal that left no gray areas, which these days is commendable. The roofing job was reasonably priced, it was done on time and on budget. I couldn't be happier. Darryl and Lee explained everything in great detail ahead of time and Lee made a day of installation correction to the attic's ventilation system which is proving to be astounding! The roof had never been properly vented and now it is fixed! The correction of that one detail alone will save me thousands in heating and cooling costs within a few years, and they didn't charge extra for it. I cannot praise them enough for a job well done and I will use them in the future for all my remodeling needs.

    We have used URSO Remodeling for many projects over the years, both interior and exterior. Our latest project was a complete remodel of our primary bathroom and we are extremely pleased with the finished project. Darryl is very meticulous with measurements and each item on the estimate was detailed and explained. He had suggestions and samples for all the components of the project. Lee was very precise with everything he did and went the extra mile to make sure it looked good and was what we wanted. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left for the day and were very careful with their equipment and moving everything upstairs. We will definitely be using URSO for future home projects.

    I have used Urso twice in approximately 18 months for projects in my home. In both instances the service, professionalism, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Darryl, the project manager does the quotes quickly and with great detail. Lee, the carpenter is a true craftsman with decades of experience. Lee also has a keen design eye and offered helpful suggestions. I recommend Urso highly!

    Just where do I begin singing the praises of Urso Remodeling. Our relationship began years ago with a bathroom leak and a ruined dining room ceiling. The room was sealed during the repairs so no dirt and dust escaped and the ceiling was repaired. The room was cleaner after they left than what it was when they started. Over the years Urso has been my go to guys. They spruced up my 2 story bay window so it looks like new. They replaced my front door and put up vinyl railing and every one comments on how beautiful they are. It's not just the beauty but the workmanship and pride they show in their work. My most recent experience with Urso was beyond compare. I had a big project going on in the house and extensive termite damage was seen in our foyer. It was not current damage but damage prior to treatment for a previous infestation. The damage was beyond the expertise of my floor installers and threatened to derail my whole project. Joists and subfloor needed to be replaced and for a hot minute I panicked and just couldn't think what to do. Then Urso Remodeling came to mind. I called Darryl and explained the situation. He came out the next day with his assistant Darryl and they surveyed the situation. They explained clearly what needed to be done and the following day they did the repairs and my flooring project was able to continue. Once again the expertise and the courtesy were above and beyond. I will not say the service was unexpected because it is what I expect when I contract Urso. They had to work through the basement and they left the area cleaner than they found it. In my emergency they responded promptly. I would highly recommend Urso Remodeling to anyone. They listen and respond to your concerns. They do excellent work.

    Great Company. Very professional. Excellent communication from the first visit throughout the entire process to the finish. I had many jobs to be done inside & exterior of the house. They tackled all efficiently & effectively, providing clear description of how best to fix the problem areas. Great experience & I would highly recommend based on my experience!
