    We hired Dream Scapes to do landscape work in our yard to include pavers around our pool. We paid them in payments $18,750 in total which was paid in full when they completed the work. The job was to complete coping and pavers around our ******* was a delay in the job due to material they stated was due to manufacturing out of their control. Eventually after a few weeks the material came in and the work was completed. This was approximately August 2023 the work was complete. We opened our pool this year May 2024 and noticed pavers buckling, moving and shifting along with unleveled and bad work. Additionally, when they completed the work they didnt install paver edging around the edges of the pavers which holds the pavers in place serves as a locking mechanism to keep them leveled and from moving. We paid another company to do this $600.We contacted them May 16, ************************************************************************************************************** they didnt give an eta on when they were coming out so I reached out again via text on May 28, 2024. They did not reply to this text. I called May 31, 2024 and he stated they would be out next Wednesday to remedy all of the issues stated we are covered for a year and they would fix everything. June 5, 2024 came and they never came out to correct the issues. I contacted them again via text and phone June 18, 2024 and did not get an answer or reply. ******* ****** ** is the owner and who weve spoke to via text and phone.
