    Landpro LLC has taken our money and not returned. They started this pavilion/hardscape project on 12/2 and when I confronted him about no permits being pulled (I checked with the county) he drug his feet and waited to apply 12/22 AFTER destroying my yard without permits. We later found this company is not licensed or properly insured for this type of work.

    We are now in February with so much back and fourth with the owner Don Price, with no resolution. Being pushed off everyday saying he’s working on it with an engineer. After contacting the pavillion distributor, there isn’t an engineer there that he’s been in contact with as he told us for over a month. He has strung us along with no intention of finishing.

    We asked several times for our money back but he is refusing. He took $15,000 of our money and caused over $5,000 worth of damage to our yard making it an unsafe area for my children.
