      I was in the worst mental state of my life, and Safe Harbor saved me. Not only did my counselor help me dramatically, but my interaction with their administrative staff was always a pleasure, and they always followed through. I recommend Safe Harbor over any other mental health services provider. They are top notch and highly recommended!

      I've had the best experience working with Safe Harbor! I see both a therapist for counseling services and an NP for medication management, both are phenomenal! They were able to schedule for these sessions within a few days and the staff has been so caring through me working through some very difficult circumstances! I highly recommend Safe Harbor to anyone that is looking for the best counselors and support staff around!

      If you are looking for help with reunification therapy for you or your children, look elsewhere.
      I had a court ordered reunification therapy for me and 2 of my 4 children after a high conflict divorce involving parental alienation. Safe Harbor hires inexperienced counselors who need to build hours. Unfortunately for me and my kids, the therapists were inexperienced and allowed themselves to be directed by the alienating parent (prior to start of reunifciation therapy) and then allowed that parent to steer the kids away from reunification therapy. I received one online zoom call with my kids in 8 months with Safe Harbor (but they never missed an opportunity to bill insurance).
      I only made progress with my children one year after the kids stopped seeing safe harbor therapists and my oldest moved out of the alienating parents house for college.
      I attempted to get the owners and managing therapists to help during the 8 months ordeal but they did nothing helpful for the situation.
      Advice - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY NEED COUNSELING ASSISTANCE.

      I was seeing a therapist from Safe Harbor Community Services online, and it wasn't working out. I kindly called the clinic and requested a different therapist, but recently I received a letter that I was being discharged from the community. I have to wait 90 days to apply. I didn't disrespect the therapist despite my disappointment, and I didn't even want to report why I wanted to be switched, but I was told I must say why I wanted to change therapists.  Anyhow, this clinic leaves patients hanging for 90 days and says if you have any emergency you can call 911 or reach out to the therapist you asked to be changed.
