    I have had numerous problems with the Sleep Number corporation. I have contacted them and after receiving the bed. I noticed that the bed did not fully expand this was realized with the delivery men with one person who held a clipboard. When I voiced my concern, to a man, they disagreed but finally the clipboard man said they would send a technician the next week. When the next week came, I responded to the doorbell and who was there? The same person that held the clipboard!! He again cited there was no issue. Now, I have finally tired of the sore back and sleeping on one side of the bed. I am a senior citizen and at 82 years old, living alone I don't handle conflict very well. Finally, two weeks ago, I called Sleep Number and was told that in order to get results it would be 264.00 for a technician to come out. I agreed to the charges but reneged because of the cost. I agreed finally to have a team come out to my home. Before, they would come out I would have to pay $150.00! I begrudgingly paid the charge, and two men came to my home and LOOKED at the bed saying it needed a pneumatic mattress which was ANOTHER approximately $148.00 dollar. I am seeking to have the return of the first $150.00 dollar given for nothing but not the second charge as I did receive something for my money. I have contacted the company to no avail.
