Especially if you're a single female. I'll outline my experience but to put it shortly: I was charged nearly three times what we agreed to, they were over three hours late, a lot of my furniture and items are damaged (one beyond repair), I was called a b and had my furniture kicked on the way out. I move a lot for work and have moved 8 times in the past five years, and have never had anything remotely this bad of an experience. Day of the move, I don't hear from anyone. My time starts at 11, and I contact the company. I finally hear from the movers at 11:50 to laughingly tell me they're only partially through the move before me. The movers showed up at 1:50 with a budget truck and meet the two guys moving my furniture. I notice a huge **** on the floor, which they try to claim was already there, until it's obvious that it's from dragging furniture out of the apartment. I ask who the owner is and one of the movers claims it's him (it's not). Im told two hours in im being charged double what we agreed to while holding my items hostage. He also demands I pay him on Venmo -- a personal account, not a business one. but this guy demands otherwise. it's against ***** rules to accept payments through personal Venmo They start moving things in, and i over hear them calling me a b multiple times. they leave the truck wide open unlocked in the middle of a street. they stop again to demand more money.The rest of the move takes an hour. I ask to be reimbursed for that hour since they said they would comp one and they laugh. One of them kicks my items as they leave and slam my door. one piece of furniture completely destroyed, six other pieces of furniture damaged, several pieces of glass wear shattered, walls damaged and my door frame damaged

      This is not my company they used. I am the only one who deals my customers to book them, take estimates and schedule them. So it pretty easy and obvious to determine this is not my company. If they dont have an email from ********************************* with the estimate with no hourly charges and an itemized list its NOT MY COMPANY.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Evidence of company involvement. Other reviews referenced Babu as well, and they tried to deny I used this company on thumbtack too -- which eventually they could no longer argue.
