    Kenny and the lady did an excellent job removing my Habitat donation but all the lies really turned me off. I was guaranteed a receipt for a cash payment. When I handed lady cash then requested receipt she left Kenny came back started all the lying. He also lied to Habitat he gave me a receipt. Stories kept changing(he said he emailed me 3 times after ignoring my texts asking for receipt). It wasn't until I posted a google review suddenly I got the "email" receipt. Also the same week Habitat finally got my very nice donation. Now why did I easily get Habitats "email" receipt within 24hrs of request?! Habitat rep didn't understand all the drama over a receipt?! Glad I called ensuring donation was delivered which it wasn't!!! Even receipt date is manipulated not showing actual pick up date?! I will never use Northern again because to come in a senior community and be slick was insulting!!!! I've dealt with huge contractors on my renovation that got invoices/receipts to me with 24hrs of request. I will never again hand over cash without "seeing" the receipt.
