    I initially thought it was great that I could walk in to the nail salon and be seen immediately. There were several nail technicians unoccupied on a Friday afternoon. But then I sat down and the nail technician splashed water everywhere at the pedicure bowl. OK it was an accident, no problem. As I looked around I noticed the area was very dusty. The supplies used were not prepackaged like what I see commonly nowadays. And there was no menu of what services they offered so I couldn’t readily see the prices. So I went through with getting a regular polish pedicure and a regular polish manicure and I got to the register and she told me $60. I accepted that charge without once again, seeing any signage of what things were priced at, but as I drove home, I was thinking “hmm I wonder if that was a mistake, that was pretty high for regular not spa services” I called and asked how much the prices were for each service and the person I spoke to said $70. Wow palm on my head! The price went up $10 over the phone. I’m thinking some thing is corrupt there! Oh, and the customer service was not great I won’t be coming back. In addition to the other service issues I expressed above, there was someone in training who weirdly crept over without greeting and I was not offered any water like what is common nowadays. I’m definitely not asking a lot, I’ve just been to some quality nail salons before.
