    12/1/2022, luxor nails and spa, my total price was supposed to be $75, I was charged $90, and when I told them the price was incorrect I was told I was wrong. I called immediately after I left and told them again how unhappy I was, and that I was overcharged. The owner of the spa told me a refund wasn't possible, although she did give me the option of coming in and getting them redone, but I didn't have the time due to my random work schedule. When I told her that wasn't possible and I wanted my refund, not only for the nails, but for what they overcharged me for, she started to talk over me. I told my mom of the incident, and she called them, the owner after talking to my mom, called me back and questioned me as to why I lied to my mom. She proceeded to talk over me and call me a liar, and kept telling me to come back even though I stated that wasn't possible several times. She refused to even talk about the subject of a refund.

    The owner is who I spoke to. I specifically told her I wasn't happy, and when I told her she overcharged me, she scanned my card, handed me my receipt, and walked away. I called several times but she proceeded to talk in circles, only saying that if I came back in they would fix my nails but I stated to her several times I didn't have time for her to fix something that should have been done right the first time. She proceeded to call me back several times that night, calling me a liar, harassing me pretty much. I just took the nails off last week because they were starting to hurt, and I found that they filed my nails so far down on one of my fingers that it is almost bare. Everything she responded with was things she called me to say. It was a waste of time, money, and a very poor experience, and I will only be happy with a full refund.
