    Company remodeled hall bath. Had unlicensed laborers performing plumbing and electrical work. Several mistakes were made during the remodel. Before the final bill was paid I asked for an itemized list of materials that had been purchased. I was never given the list. Several items were returned and exchanged. Such as faucets, full size tube. Extra tile was purchased as well as grout that was supposed to be returned but was left in my garage. The company has now disconnected their number and I have no way to contact them. I paid the bill in full but I believe I was over charged as well as double charged for items. I was also suppose to receive a 15%. When I asked for proof that the discount was given I was told that it was built into the quote. I again asked for documentation but it was never provided.

    A person from the company did contact me names Tinos whom I was told was the owner.  I subsequently found this to be untrue.  He offered to research my issues and never got back to me.  He told me that the company was not obligated to supply me with an itemized list of where my money was spent on the contract to remodel my bathroom.  I told him that I had a list of things that were done incorrectly and that laborers were performing work that licensed professionals should be performing.  Their phone has been disconnected and I have no way to follow up with them.
