    This company steals money from their website and does not deliver customer products as promised. They also refuse refunds and argue and curse at customers. If you have to order do it from **** where you're guaranteed your products. On the website they charge a very high shipping cost just to send it us postal service. Horrible.

    We have not received an order from you from our website since 2020. Here it is 2023 and your saying you haven't received orders? We checked and see you placed 6 separate orders dating from 2017-2020 all of which shows as delivered. Which we have proof of delivery and other correspondence that supports our claim. As far as our shipping. We offer both first class as well as priority. First class shipments can not weigh over 15oz so you would have to use Priority if your order weighs more than 15oz. Our rates coincide with the normal Postal rates. Your statement is very contradictive why recommend a customer to purchase off a different platform if you experienced any problems? not to mention why would you place another 5 more orders if you did not receive the first order? Nonetheless we checked and can verify that you received  ALL the orders you placed from our site.
