    I ordered and paid for a Euro style rollator 10/2023 that I had to send this company the information on and to date have not been delivered. My doctors want to know what's going on since I am not ambulatory; will never order anything from them again nor do I recommend anyone to do business with them.

    If I could give a minus rating, that's what I would give. I have been going back and forth with this company to secure a hospital bed for my mother. After going through pains to get my mother's doctor's office to get them all the necessary documents to procure the bed about 4 months ago, the supply store tells me it is manufacturer back ordered and would be available in September. After not getting a call from them in early part of September, I followed up with a phone call only to be told there was an update and it won't be ready till October. Same thing happened in October and that it won't be ready till November. I called yesterday, November 9th and the representative at the 24 hr dependable supply told me, " oh, we are 2 weeks out so won't be till November ending."
    About 3pm, yesterday, November 9th, a James from 24 hr dependable supply left me a voicemail that unfortunately, they don't deliver to Hagerstown, Maryland, where my Mother is. Seriously, after 4 months, they finally really they don't deliver to Hagerstown which is the 1st question I asked them before getting the Doctor's office involved and the answer was yes. I have called them about 4 times now between yesterday and today and no one is picking up the calls. All I need is for them to transfer the prescription and all supporting documents to another supply store and I can't even get to talk to anybody. Very nauseating.
    Never encountered such poor service in my life before.

    First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize on behalf of the Twenty-Four Team. This is not how we strive to do business, and this is not what we stand for. The communication should have been better, and someone should have told you upfront that we were unable to fulfill your order due to the manufacturer backorder. If clients cannot wait, we are referring them to another company. I hope you give us a second chance in the future.

    Ms. Charlotte from 24 hr Dependable Supply got back to us and resolved our complaint. She went way beyond the extra mile and had the hospital bed delivered within a week exceeding our expectations. Please ask for Ms. Charlotte who also happens to be the owner of the company and if you have any complaints she will resolve it for you. Unfortunately, she wasn't aware of our situation. I cannot find enough words to describe how kind and professional Ms.Charlotte and Sam was. Great customer service. Thank you!
