    Order for mini blinds was placed on Oct. 27, 2023. Was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is now almost 9 weeks. I have called several times and have not gotten any satisfaction. I want the blinds within the next 10 days or I want my payment refunded.

    hi 

    i am very much aware of this issue with this customer.  the manufacturer moved their operations to a new building and took longer than anticipated for the move.  However, her blind is scheduled to be shipped out on january 12 2024.  I will notify her tomorrow bout the new development.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have been told on three different occasions that the item has  been shipped and is on the way.  The item has never arrived.  At this point, I have no trust that the item will arrive.  This has caused me to doubt that the item will be installed correctly.  This vendor is not trustworthy.
