I am so upset and hurt about this whole situation. My car was tolled to Magic Ben in Beltsville MD because I thought my battery went out, however, it wasn’t the battery, it was an electrical issues from what they said due to water. When I picked my car up after several weeks of them having it, I noticed the back driver’s side rim was very rusty as if it’s been sitting for years since someone washed it. I brought it to the receptionist attention and she said oh it’s rust because the brake pads are out, I said that isn’t true, y’all changed my brakes in late December/early January and I had my car cleaned and detailed when I got the new brakes, so all of my rims should look the same.. Of course no response. It was the only wheel that looked rusty. I went back and owner was very rude about it. He was able to show me pictures of my car from November when I got a Service C detail on my car. The owner refused to show me the pictures from January stating that the camera deletes pictures every week, however the pics he showed me was from his phone. I’m very disappointed in how this situation turned and out and how the owner and workers didn’t had a care on their face. I wished I would had looked on Google and Yelp before taking my car to Magic Benz for serious mechanical issues, because there was customers who reviews had the same issue I have now where parts were taken from their car and replaced with older parts. And, I am sure that’s what they did to me. They probably looked at pictures from November and didn’t realized they changed my brakes in late December-early January. Consumers who have put their hard earned money into something that they work so hard to get, only for someone to take it right from under their nose. Our community deserve businesses that is honest, not just looking for a buck, take advantage of people, commit theft by exchanging older parts. just for them to sell it at a higher value.
