    In Feb 2023, my son and I hired *************************** -(Sunflower Homes Designs) to draw up a floor plans for REBUILD SECOND FLOOR OF HOUSE THAT HAS CAUGHT FIRE paid $ 5454.99  upfront( receipt), plus gift , *************************** promised that our building permit will be delivery within 45 days , now 10 months , theres no building permit, have no floor plan , DPIE A# is empty, this is a big trap, he is gone missing , everyone be care .

    I contacted ******* about drawings that needed correction. He met me and walked the property and took the drawings from me. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from him, I tried reaching out and he would not answer my calls or respond back to me. I just want my drawings back. They do not belong to him or he needs to pay for another copy of my drawings. I do not recommend this company at all or this individual. He is fraud. I spoke to him starting July 18. 2023 and no further response after he took my drawings.

    SunFlower Home Designs (the architect Michael L*****) was contracted by myself and my partner *********** *** *****, on October 2021 to complete architectural plans and permit submission for my property. He did not provide the service that was requested and he finally agreed to a refund in March of 2022. He then decided not to refund the money after we submitted a negative review to ******* ****(****.com). Angie's list then offered an online arbitration via the company "**********" of **********.com and the final verdict in April 2022 was that I was due a full refund of $2,350 within 14 days. It has been 5 months since the arbitration and 10 months since he was paid, but he has yet to return the money. Unfortunately the arbitrator Fairclaims does not have the ability to enforce this verdict
