      Bill of Lading Number (Job #): ********  Pickup Date: 10/4/2021 Delivery Date: 8/20/2022 Incident ************************** picked up, packed, and stored household goods from 4 Oct 2021 to 20 Aug 2022; I paid in full at pickup for the entire move and paid $1299 for 8 months of storage from Dec 2021 to Jul 2022. Over 32 items (10% of entire household goods) were not delivered to the destination address and are still missing and being held hostage. Multiple items were damaged and submitted as part of the claim. A claim was filed on 28 Sept 2022 and also mailed to claim service/insurance in which they received on 7 Oct 2022. I received confirmation of the receipt of the mailed claim on 25 Oct 2022 ******* at ***************** **************). Sent multiple emails and made calls for status update on the claim with no response. Finally got ahold of ****** on 24 Jan 2023 and she stated their company (third party claim dispute/insurance company) no longer supported Suburban Relocations due to the company not responding to calls or emails. She next stated to pursue legal representation and file a stolen property report.
