    I paid $1510.00 to ************************* Photography/ The LightSource Company for a photoshoot/photos for my business that I have not yet received, and the company will no longer respond to me. I paid $1300 for the photoshoot, which includes 12 edited photos. I paid an additional $210 for 7 add-ons, making it a total of 19 edits photos. On June 3rd, I submitted via email the photo numbers for the selected 19 photos that I wanted edited for my order. The email response from the business, dated June 9th, was only to provide me with the amount of $210.00 for the additional fee that was due for the 7 extra photos. That fee was also submitted to via **** App payment on June 9th. There was no communication from their business providing any instructions or clarity on the photo selection process following my email that listed my selected photo numbers. Had a specific photo- selection process been communicated to me, I would have followed those instructions. As a former client from 2021, I did not recall the selection process from my first (separate) photoshoot with their business. As a result of their lack of instruction/communication, their editors took the liberty of editing photos that I did not order (provided to them via email) and has not responded to me since June regarding my multiple requests to correct their error and provide me with the edited photos that I paid for. Only 5 of my selected 19 photos were edited. I submitted a total payment to you of $1,510.00 via three separate **** App payments for a total of 19 edited photos. As of today, I have emailed them several times with no response. I have reached out via their social media and have been blocked. I am only asking them to provide me with the photos ir refund my money. I have communicated to them multiple times that the photos were for my business, which has been impacted by delays. The photographer is ************************* and the the photoshoot took place at The LightSource Company, which he also owns.
