    I had a small leak in a pipe in the basement. Called Brian B Quick, they responded and removed fernco coupling off blue poly and installed new stiffner and **** coupling charged me an exorbitant price of $2300.00. After fixing the leak the plumber said the problem was fixed and that I should have no problems. Leak reoccurred immediately in same place as original leak but more severe, flooding water into my basement, basement closet and soaking rugs on the floor. Called Brian B Quick, plumber returned and re fixed. After fixing he said that he spoke with the manager and the manager said that he would send someone with fans to dry out the basement and that he (the Manager) would call me. I never received a call from the manager and no one ever came out to dry the basement even after repeated calls to the company. No one ever discussed liability. No responsibility! The office was unresponsive when I asked for the owners name and address for contact. The lady said that two brothers were owners-Brian and I think ****. She said that she did not know their last name. However, she would check and call me back. She never called me back. I will never use this company again nor will I ever refer anyone to them.

    Brian B Quick went out to this property on 6/3/2025 provided the client with multiple options for necessary repairs needed at the property. Client decided to go with the repair option on the copper line versus the full replacement of the main water service line. On 6/6/2025 client called in stating they had a leak in the basement, we went back out to the property to find that the client had an additional leakage on the copper line that we already provided a full replacement option to the client. As a one time customer satisfaction at no charge we did a repair patch so the client could have water turned back on to the property. Again we highly recommended to the client they needed their entire water service pipe replaced. The client was never promised that we would send someone out to clean up the water at the property, we did offer to recommend a water remediation company that she could contact.
