      At that time, we informed the property manager in advance that we would need to move on November 3rd due to job change, and the property clearly told us that we needed to pay the rent for November in advance, but there was no need to pay the termination fee. We did not live in November, we paid the rent for the whole month of November, and we paid 1301 yuan according to their requirements. We did not move in in November, so we paid 1,301 yuan a month's rent in advance according to the requirements of the property without living there, but later they sent us another rent-cancellation detail. 1) They deducted 128.2.55 dollars more for my termination fee, and 2) they deducted 103.96 dollars more for various miscellaneous expenses in November.       It has been brought to my attention, based on your lease agreement to break your lease you were required to give a 30 days' notice, which you gave on October 23rd, 2023. The 30 days notice run from October 23rd, 2023, through November 21st, 2023. In addition, you were to pay a lease breakage equivalent to one month rent ($1282.55) and any damages.

      I audited your account again and you will receive a refund in the amount of $43.47.
