      The incident occurred on 2/4/23. My car would not start. I called ***. *** sent a service technician from Hannan Battery Services. The service technician told me that he did not have all of his tools because they got lost and taken. The service technician took my battery out of my car and installed a new battery in my car. The battery cost me $265.99. The car still wouldn't start. I called *** for a tow truck. The *** tow truck driver had a flat bed tow truck and suggested that he call for a wheel hitch tow truck, because the car gears were locked and could not get out of the parking gear. Another *** tow truck driver was dispatched to my location. He towed my car to ********* Auto Care. ********* Auto Care worked on my car on 2/4/23 and 2/5/23. I missed one day of work with loss pay of $323.52. The ********* Auto Care diagnosed the problem as being that the battery was installed improperly and that the battery terminals were loose, fuse junction box wires were loose on top of the battery. That costs me $100.88. I contacted *** customer service and *** damage case department and they have me currently waiting for a response back from *** executive and senior management. I request a Refund of the $100.88, the $323.52 for loss wages for missing work, and $165.00 for the battery being improperly installed by the *** service technician.
