    Purchase was initially made on March 3, 2025 thru Etsy, I then received an email from Coastal saying that their Etsy acct was suspended and would I please reorder thru ******* which I did on 3/3/25. I paid ******* using a pay per month with ****** for the purchase of a dining table. When I ordered the table, the delivery was supposed to between 3/23 and 4/10. Then it was changed to 4/16, then on 4/15 I received an email stating that their son was in the ** and needed to push delivery out a few days. I agreed stating I needed before 4/20/25 which came and went , then received another email saying next week which turned into yet another week. Table was to be delivered on 5/1/25. I reached out via text, email and phone call to confirm and received no response. I then requested the order be cancelled and refunded and again no response.This company seems to be running under Coastal Custom Carpentry and BC Woodworks *****. Both are owned and run by the same person ***** *********. Both appear to have complaints. BC Woodworks ***** seem to have some of the exact issues that I am having.

    We purchased a custom table from this company, who at the time went by ************ on Oct 4th 2024. They seem to have subsequently changed their name to Coastal Custom Carpentry, LLC, but the links from our prior correspondence take you to the otherwise identical website with their new name. Since it is a custom piece, we paid the total price up front, $3250 with credit card. It should have been completed by the end of November, but they gave a reasonable excuse for a delay. There was at least one other reason for further delay. Finally, on February 7th, they offered a delivery date of February 22nd. That date would not work, and all of our emails, phone calls, texts, website messages have gone unanswered since then. Threats to dispute the charge and file a complaint with ******* and the BBB haven't helped
