    This complaint is for the campground at Frontier Town. I had checked in on September 27th 2024 and was told that my campsite was moved out of the initial spot due to it being in a flood zone; since there was bad weather to be expected that evening. The site the moved me to was not applicable for a tent site and was just a gravel pull in for an RV with no space for a tent. They then moved me to another location which was more suitable. Friday night it poured and all of my stuff got soaked. The entire area I was in was flooded. Other campers experienced the same thing. Pools of water were all around the sites and submerged portions (if not all in some cases) of the tents. Making water pool in. At this point all my gear is wet and I am unable to use it moving forward. Due to this, I needed to find a hotel to stay at for the remainder of my stay. I would like a refund for the nights that I did not stay since I had to check out early. I was moved from one flood zone right into another area that flooded.
