Bethesda Downsizing and Estate Sales was totally professional from start to finish. We had read the 5-star reviews and quickly realized how deserved they were. The team leader came in to view the items and promptly sent a contract establishing the terms of the sale. We agreed on mutually convenient times for the team to catalog items. The team came in to carefully yet efficiently photograph each item. The team had knowledgeable experts in many areas, such as artwork, Chinoiserie, old books, and jewelry, so items were realistically priced and put up on the **** website. Sold items could be picked up at the property, so there were no shipping headaches for us. When the sale concluded, the company promptly sent us a check for the sales proceeds. Next time we have to downsize my first call will be to Bethesda Downsizing and Estate Sales it is a top-notch operation.Bethesda Downsizing and Estate Sales, LLC

5 starsThe Bethesda Downsizing team did an outstanding job of: preparing the house for the estate sale; pricing the items (which ranged very widely, including valuable art and antiques, mid-Century modern furniture, ceramics, silverware, records, books, electronic equipment, sporting goods and practical appliances); promoting the sale online; and smoothly managing the well-attended three-day event. 5 starsJoanna and the entire team at Bethesda Downsizing and Estate Sales did an amazing job! Several weeks ago, we were searching for an organization to conduct an estate sale for the family matriarch and her 100 years of accumulations. We read the overwhelmingly positive, glowing comments about Bethesda Downsizing and chose them for our project. What a great decision! The large talented team arrived on a Monday and worked thoroughly, steadily, and sensitively for four days before the sale identifying, organizing, and staging hundreds of pieces of art, furniture, clothing, and kitchen/dining items. The sale was a fabulous success and after the sale, the team worked with us to ensure that the remaining items found a good home. 5 starsBethesda Downsizing handled our downsizing job in a very professional manner, from our early meeting with them to the sale preparations (presentation, pricing, etc.) and the sale itself, as well as the post-sale matters, such as cleanup, making sure all sold items were removed, and the settlement.
