    I applied to work as a nanny through this agency in 2019. I was moving from ****** to ** and from my research, they seemed like the best agency to work with. At first, they seemed great and attentive. Would get back to me in a timely fashion and answered any questions I had. Once I came into interview, I felt a shift. They give you a test, which seemed strange, and then told me that since I missed one answer on that multi-page exam, I was lucky to have gotten any of the nanny jobs I had before. I have worked with several agencies and been placed successfully several times both before and after working with this company, so Im not sure how much luck plays into it. After that and speaking to my references, whom I know all spoke highly of me and should therefore have proven it wasn't luck that got me hired in ANY position, I was sent to two interviews, which both went well, and then never heard anything back from the agency after that, even after reaching out. One family reached out and thanked me for my time, and told me that the owner had spoken ill of me so they could no longer move forward. If the owner thought that ill of me, why would I have even been sent into a clients home? Brings to question their judgement. I do not recommend working with this company as a nanny, or prospective families. I ended up getting a position in ** through my old agency based in ******- The ********************. I definitely recommend NP to both prospective nannies and families. Please be careful- White House Nannies has hidden bad reviews on ********. They really think theyre something, but I only hear bad things about them through the nanny network I have created in **.
