    I had a procedure done at Washington Radiology on 9/11/2024. They collected a $40 copay from me. I have an email receipt. I also have the lab report from the procedure. Washington Radiology has not properly filed the claim for this procedure with my health insurance company. *************************** has no record of the procedure. I have called Washington Radiology twice to ask them to please submit the claim to my insurance company. Both times, they told me that they would look into it and get back to me. The second time, I had my insurance company call them as well, while I was on the phone line. They still have not filed the claim. I am requesting that they either file the claim like they are supposed to, or refund my $40 copay.

    Due to the Change Heathcare cyber attach which occurred on 2/21/2024 which is our billing company, a delay in claims billing occurred.  Patients claim was recently billed on 1/13/2025.  Once claim is fully adjudicated any balances owed or refunds will be processed at that time.  Please allow full 30 days from billing for claims processing.
