    Absolutely fabulous! I opened a ticket on Saturday and received a call on Monday. The tech visited the job site on Tuesday, prepared quotes, and I agreed with one of the them. Toilet replacement was completed the same day.

    **** PITA to schedule maintenance for vacation home 120 miles away. Had to reschedule original appointment. Found a Saturday that worked...was given a 12-hour window....received a text on the morning of the service telling me they would have to reschedule. After driving 120 miles after work with the kids. I've never had a plumbing maintenance plan before and I'm not really seeing any value in this.

    Called and made an appointment on Thursday afternoon due to a leaking kitchen sink. Waited all day Friday and was called at 6:30pm telling me that they could not make it and would have to reschedule. Definitely would not recommend this company. They also refused to let me speak with the owner. Poorly run company.

    Let's say that the first plumber Seaside set had "room for growth." They made up for it with the team of Brian and Katelyn. These two were amazing! A simple "fix" turned into multiple jobs. They addressed each one thoroughly and with complete professionalism.
    I will use Seaside for all my future plumbing needs and request the dream team whenever possible.

    They are a ripoff company. Their prices are inflated.
    They want $ 3000 for a water pump that you can get
    at Lowes for a little over $ 200

    I'm sorry you feel that way. However our prices reflect our level of service. (which by the way we are ******'s highest rated plumbing service company on the eastern shore) . Our prices are also upfront, and of course any customer has a choice to choose who they want to work in their home. Our prices pay for the best plumbing team on the eastern shore.! // We gave you upfront pricing, and you decided to not use us for your water pump replacement. No need to leave us a bad review, because you don't like our pricing. We truly wish you the best in all your future endeavors!

    Overpriced services compared to other companies I was charged 775.00 for a job that should have been no more than 350.00
